I’m Harley, a 5-year-old Border Collie/Beagle mix with a heart full of love, a big beaming smile, and—okay, I’ll admit it—a little extra fluff these days!I was adopted as a puppy and recently returned to the shelter through no fault of my own (turns out housing weight limits aren’t made for dogs like me). But I’m not letting that get me down! With some light exercise, healthy snacks, and encouragement, I’ll be back in tip-top shape soon.?? My Personality:Super friendly, gentle, and affectionateA little wiggly, a little goofy, and a lot of funModerate energy – I love walks and playtime but also enjoy relaxing near my peopleSlightly nervous during thunderstorms, so I’d love a cozy place to feel safeEnjoys doggy pools and acting as the referee in playgroups?? My Social Side:Loves people – gave tail wags, soft contact, and affectionate body language in behavior testing (12 total sociability points!)Kid-friendly with respectful little onesMild interest in toys, but no guarding or reactivityDid great on food tests – gentle and easygoing even when the bowl was taken awayWould do best with slow introductions to other pets, just to make sure we’re a good match??
