My story

** $805 in pledges for the rescue that pulls ** Yaz ACCT A-219130 is currently considered urgent and at risk of euthanasia due to medical concerns. Yaz must have confirmed placement with a RESCUE PARTNER by Thursday, May 8th, 2025 at 10AM. Should Yaz's medical or behavioral status change, his urgency and timeline for placement may also change. Yaz is a sweet, little cat that was brought to ACCT by a concerned cat trapper when they found him laying in the street. Yaz has an upper respiratory infection, but unfortunately, there might be an underlying reason for his poor body condition. After reviewing his bloodwork, we found some levels that could be explained by several different differentials. Yaz urgently needs to leave the shelter for further monitoring and workup to rule out possible lymphoma or leukemia. Medical notes 5/3 BAR, normal mentation. Ears clean AU. Mucopurulent nasal discharge. MMs light pink and moist, CRT
