My story

Meet Sammy!!!! Sammy came to us when he was found as a stray in Detroit. Animal Control scooped him up, sadly no one came for him but now this sweet boy is safe with us. We estimate Sammy to be 4 years old and he currently weighs 12 lbs. He is the SWEETEST boy just wants all of the affection and love. Sammy is doing great with his potty training and is kept in a pen when his foster family leaves the house. He is currently sleeping with them in their bed through the night and does great. Sammy is neutered, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped. Unfortunately Sammy was heartworm positive when we got him but is doing great with treatment. (Heartworm disease is not contagious and we are paying for the treatment, so this will not be an expense for the potential adopter) Sammy loves being outside, enjoying his yard and playing fetch. He is a dog that is full of love and has even met a 2 year old and just wanted to smother her with kisses.
