My story

Meet Izzy! Sweet Izzy and her brother Banks were brought in as strays to a rural Georgia animal shelter. Their owner was located but made it known they would not be coming to reclaim their dogs, putting them at immediate risk of euthanasia. Several neighbors of the owners visited Izzy and Banks at the shelter regularly and vouched for how special the dogs were, so we knew we needed to find a way to save them! Izzy is about a year and a half old (as of December 2024) and right around 55 lbs. And boy oh boy was that neighbor right about her being a special girl! Izzy is probably one of the most chill and loving dogs we have had in a long time! She's great with other dogs but loves people so much that she would probably do just fine as the only fur child at home.   Interested in adopting the Magical Izzy?
