My story

TexAbout 1 yr oldMixed breed - your guess is as good as ours!Male - Not yet neutered50 lbs Meet Tex, a gorgeous blue-eyed beauty so excited to find his forever home! He spent his time in Texas outside, so being in a house is completely new to this good boy. As such, he is still learning but is picking up on things quickly! Tex considers his crate his safe space and will even stash his favorite toys and treats in there He is still getting used to sleeping all night in the crate but is learning his fosters' routine. Tex does great on a leash and does like to stay close to his humans. He also absolutely loves playing with his other dogs and will even look to his foster brother for reassurance when he's in a new situation so he would benefit from a home with another dog. Tex is learning housetraining quickly and has only had accidents on the first day in a new home. He is a smart boy, who understands correction well. He hasn't shown any destructive tendencies and is great at occupying himself while his humans are working. Toys seem to be a brand new thing to Tex but he's realizing they are oh so much fun. His foster family doesn't have cats or kids, so they aren't sure how Tex does around them. His fosters' favorite thing about Tex is his gorgeous tail and coat that have a lot of red fur mixed in with the dark brown fur too!
