My story

How this pet arrived:Estrella was transferred from another animal shelter. Why Estrella might the one for you: We don't know where Estrella has been but we know where she wants to go and that is to a caring home with people who love her and accept that she will want to be their protector and loyal companion. If her family is not around her, she will go looking for them and bring them around. She is a bit of a herder by instinct. A consistent routine and fun, enriching activities will help Estrella get used to her new home and feel like part of her family! She is all about being part of her family and being loyal. She is confident, smart and courageous. She will want additional training to understand what you want and expect of her. With positive reinforcement training, she will respond well as she becomes your gentle, calm and valued family member. She will be best with dog savvy persons who can provide the training, socialization and attention that she wants. She will need indoor and outdoor space for ample exercise and stimulation. Want a smart dog to help keep your family safe and entertained? Estrella is waiting. She has already been spayed, microchipped, and is up to date on all vaccines. If you'd like to learn more about Estrella come visit us at the San Diego Campus today! Primary Color: Black Secondary Color: White Weight: 44 Age: 1yrs 0mths 2wks

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Estrella, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
