My story

Hi, I’m Mochi.  My brother, Musubi, and I were hiding under an RV in someone’s driveway when we were rescued.   We were 4-5 weeks old and very scared and hissy.  We came to SBACC and then went to a foster home where we got lots of good food and TLC and became sweet, friendly kittens. We are both initially a little cautious and shy when we meet new people, but given a little time, we will warm up and relax. My foster mom says I have cool markings reminding her of a cheetah, and I like to zip around the room while playing, just like a baby cheetah.  We both love chasing and playing with each other the best.  Our favorite toy is a plastic ball with a bell inside.   I like pets, and once I get to know you, I might let you pick me up and cuddle me.  My foster Mom says I’m a good eater.  We weren’t fans of the dogs we met and would probably do best in a quiet home without lots of noise because we startle easily.  We are very attached and hope to go to our forever home together, but if that can’t happen, at least we need another kitten or young cat. We’re together in two of the photos. May 10, 2025, 3:00 pm

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Kitten Mochi, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
