My story

Popeye is a young one year old sweetie that was an emergency pull from the local shelter d/t his horrible condition and his left eye was hanging out of the socket. He has since had surgery and was discharged and is now healing with us. He had his sutures out very recently and is ready to be a dog! Popeye seems good with people and LOVES to snuggle and give kissed and seems to want to be your shadow, seems ok with other dogs, and hasn't made a sound yet! We are working on potty training and he is getting there! He had to be shaved but he is hair is already growing back and he is sooooo soft and the prettiest color!  May 10, 2025, 1:52 pm

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Popeye, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
