My story
How this pet arrived: Amador was brought in by a community member on 5/3/25, Why this pet is the one for you:Meet Amador. Amador came to the shelter as a stray, we don't have a history for Amador but in care he has displayed some fearful behavior and is a bit head shy. We are suggesting since Amador is displaying these behaviors he go to a home with children over the age of 10. Our Adoption Counselors can discuss this further once you come to meet him. Once Amador warms up he is a love bug walking well on leash and leaning in for petting to handlers he has become accustom to. At SDHS:This pet has been vaccinated, microchipped and spayed/neutered. This pet is now ready for their new home! If you would like to hear more about Amador and meet him come to the Escondido Campus.
