My story

Meet Gabby, a tiny bundle of love looking for a special person to call her own. At just 5 pounds and 7 years old, Gabby is the ultimate lap dog—gentle, cuddly, and happiest when she’s next to her human. Gabby was recently surrendered to the rescue after her beloved owner had to move into assisted living. It’s been a big change for this sweet girl, and now she’s searching for a new home where she can feel safe and adored once again. Gabby thrives in a calm, quiet home with someone who is home most of the time. She forms deep bonds with her people and can experience separation anxiety when left alone. For that reason, she’d do best with a retired person or someone who works from home. Gabby is house trained and does well with other dogs. We're unsure how she may be with cats or small children. If you’re looking for a loyal shadow and cuddle partner, Gabby might be your perfect match. She does not have any special needs or take any medications.
