My story

My life sure has changed a lot over the last few months. It seems long ago I didn’t have a friend to my name or know what my future held. There was snow on the ground when I was tossed over a fence into a yard. I could not stop shaking from being so cold and scared. I had severe demodectic mange which made my skin raw and painful. I couldn’t see out of my right eye and was underweight. I suffered alone until I was found and brought to the shelter. Everyone I met afterwards was great, including the doctors who took care of me! I never knew people could be that kind! Little by little my skin and hair grew back, my eye opened and I gained my strength.I’m very strong now and use my muscles to jump for joy and hop around! I can get a bit too excited and launch myself into people for attention, but it’s all out of love! I feel amazing and want to show it every day! I smile all the time and am always ready to play, run and get scratchies. I have many human friends and even some doggy friends! I would not be where I am today without all the people who donated to my medical expenses and came to visit me while I recovered. Thank you! Now that I’m healthy, I really want to find a home with someone I can always count on to be there for me so I never have to worry about being hurt again.I’d be happy with someone energetic who is generous with affection and can give me the guidance I need to acclimate at home. I’m only 1 1/2 years old and a very good girl with tons of love to share. I vow to give you my whole heart if you give me yours in return.
