My story

Meet Pepper! At 7½ years old and just 10.3 pounds, Pepper is a Chihuahua/Terrier mix with a heart full of love and a signature strut that earned her name! This sweet girl walks with a pep in her step—prancing around like she’s dancing on sunshine.Pepper was sadly surrendered due to a family member’s allergies, and while she’s been a bit timid in the busy shelter environment, she’s incredibly sweet and affectionate with the people she trusts. Once she’s comfortable, she’ll stick to you like glue—especially when she’s feeling unsure or just in the mood for some lovin’.She’s housetrained, does okay in a crate, and previously lived peacefully with cats and children (as young as ??. She’s also fine with other respectful dogs. Pepper absolutely loves being petted, groomed, and snuggling in a cozy lap.We do all adoptions with approved applicants by appointment only.
