My story

Here's what my friends at the shelter had to say about me! "Anubis is perfecttttttt. It’s rare to see a dog at the shelter still so happy and full of life, so when I do I know they are special. He was way smaller than I expected and was soooo excited to get attention and go outside he was like a little bouncing ball of energy- but I think it’s just from being cooped up in his kennel all day because after some play time he calmed down and was sniffing around observing nature. He knows sit, seems potty trained (he went as soon as we got outside), and is super treat motivated. We temp tested him with another young male that was much bigger than him and all he wanted to do was play the whole time. He is a little jumpy because he is sooooo happy but he seems smart and I think he would learn very quickly how to be the best boy ever. I even left my bandana on him in his kennel as my promise that we will do everything we can to save him because I loved him SO much"

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Anubis, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
