My story

Meet Gerry--Gerald when he's signing documents, Gerr-Bear when's wiggling his way into your heart (which is pretty much all the time). This spunky senior proves day in and day out that age truly is just a number. Gerry's favorite things in life are people and balls. A person throwing him a ball? Now that's the stuff Gerry's dreams are made of. You know what else they're made of? YOU! You see, Gerry once had a family of his very own but then his person got sick and could no longer care for him. Gerry knows what it's like to love and be loved and he's eager to do it all again.  As a grown ass man, Gerry comes to you housetrained and having perfected everyone's favorite party game: catching treats in your mouth! So not only is Gerry handsome, but he's talented, too! And like most of us that have logged a few miles in life, Gerry's developed certain endearingly weird habits, most notably his preference for sleeping ON crates. In them? That's a hard pass. Thankfully, Gerry is not destructive (dog toys aside) so giving him free roam is doable. Gerry is currently being fostered with small children, cats, and a dog. While Gerry has been a perfect gentleman with the kids, elementary school aged kids and older are probably more Gerry's jam. Gerry and the resident dog are living the roommate life--as long as they do their own dishes and respect each other's space, everyone's happy.
