My story

Hello! My name is Charlie. I am a special little man looking for a forever home. I am obviously cute and oh so sweet. I am looking for a family who has owned small dogs before, as I can be fearful and distrusting of new people. I will do best in a home of teens or older, no kiddos for me. I do not like being picked up and prefer when people respect what I do enjoy: pets! I love to sit beside you, go on walks, and cuddle. I do require multiple meet and greets in order to warm up to my new family best and feel like my most confident, cool self. I am loving, fun, and would be the best friend you could ever hope for. Come meet me today!If this dog has been successful in our play groups it is not a guarantee that a dog will be social with other dogs in their home or in public settings. Dogs are individuals and have personality conflicts, just like us. Play groups do not guarantee that territorial or resource guarding issues will not surface in the home. While play groups do help us get to know the dog`s better, once they are adopted their new environments and new relationships will influence their behavior in ways we cannot predict.The Adoption Fee Includes:- initial canine distemper combination vaccination- first worming or stool check- rabies vaccination (for animals over 3 months of age)- 24 Petwatch microchipping- flea treatment/preventative- spaying or neuteringAdoption fee: $95.00Per state law, ALL ADOPTERS must purchase a non-refundable 2025 dog license at time of adoption for any canine three months and older. The cost of the license is $9.20. (Senior Citizen or Person with Disability-$7.20)Leash and collar included.
