My story

I am a sweet, 4yr old American Staffordshire Terrier mix! I love meeting new people and other dogs. I'm goofy and funny so I'll bring laughter to your home. I do get a bit anxious when I'm left alone so I'd love a human that is home, maybe retired or someone who works from home. I am an escape artist and can jump fences, even a 6 ft one, so I'd need monitoring when outside or I might do better in an apartment or a townhome where I can enjoy walks! No cats please I love meeting new people. I also enjoy playing with other dogs. I do have some separation anxiety so I'd need a human who will be patient with that. I also need help with my leash skills but I can't wait to train. I love other animals and I love to play with other dogs. I would do best, however, in a home without a cat. I am a happy boy and would probably do well with children. I may do best with older children, 12 years old and up. I love ALL toys!! It's like Christmas morning when I get a new toy. I am also really well at playing with toys all by myself. I'd love a home where I can spend lots of time with my human(s), maybe a person that is retired or works from home. I can live with other dogs and it may be best I have a friend to play with. I also love to go on adventures. I am a jumper so I may do best if I'm supervised outside or living in a townhome or apartment where I can go on walks with my family. No cats please. My Adoption fee includes a Training Program specific for my needs as well as current vaccinations.
