My story
Meet Cigar!! He came in as a stray on 5/2/25. We think he is about 2 years old. He is a handsome guy with a great smile. He is shy and skittish so he needs someone to help him gain confidence. Once he is comfortable with you, he is very friendly and affectionate. He is available for adoption so hurry in to meet him! Cigar is located at the Richland County Dog Shelter in Mansfield, OH Phone is 419-774-5892 It is an application process. You can request one via dogs@richlandcountyoh.gov
