Ripley

My story

Ripley, sometimes lovingly referred to as “Ripples” or “Ripley the Red”, is a genuine love bug and a little sensitive sometimes. She's about 3.5 months old and weighs about 23 pounds. She has a gentle soul and is submissive. She has her playful moments but she really enjoys cuddling on the couch with her favorite humans or a nap on the cold tile floor. She is often the first one to go into her crate voluntarily to relax away from the chaos of her siblings. Ripley responds to her name and sits on command for a treat. Ripley is crate trained and sleeps from 9pm to 7:30am when her pack wakes up and immediately lets her out to potty and play in the backyard. Her and her siblings go back in their crates for a nap around 10am and sometimes nap as late as 1pm.Ripley is doing well with potty training and does well on a leash for a walk around the neighborhood. She loves playing with her house cat and our 4 year old son. She also loves our 5 year old male hound dog.IMPORTANT: Please read all below, especially if you live outside of Texas, which is where our rescue is located.Apply to adopt on our website: https://www.charmingpetrescue.org/adoptAll of our animals are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up to date on shots.ALL of our animals are located in Boerne, TX, but transport after adoption is available to other states for a $300 fee for dogs or an additional fee varying by location for cats. If you are seeing our pets posted in your state, that's because you live near a transport stop, they are not currently at that location. Petfinder lists our pets as 'Out of Town' pets at other locations, and Adopt-a-Pet lists our location as a Transport stop. Those are currently the only options they offer to make this clear, so we put this description we've put at the bottom to explain it.
