My story

Sweet, sensitive, and shy Gigi came to us after being abandoned at our local animal control. She loves to crawl in laps and get attention and pets, but is very scared to be picked up. She's looking for a home that will allow her to be your couch buddy and follow you around rather than be picked up and carried. Gigi looks forward to her walks with her caretakers and does a cute happy dance when she's feeling spry- it just might take some time before she feels comfortable enough around you for you to see it. If you're able to give this tiny pup the TLC, patience, and understanding she deserves, please stop by the shelter to meet her and fall in love!  Gigi is 8 years old and weights 10 pounds. All dogs/puppies will be spayed/neutered, microchipped, vaccinated according to age, dewormed, heartworm tested negative, and current on flea/tick/heartworm prevention before adoption unless otherwise noted for age or health reasons.
