My story

Meet Marvel! Marvel is a 3-year-old, 15-pound Shih Tzu with a soft coat, soulful eyes, and a serious love for food. He was surrendered to us along with his 12 siblings, and while you'd think that means he enjoys canine company, Marvel actually prefers to be the only dog in the home. He likes to be the dominant one and isn’t too fond of sharing his space. Marvel is a laid-back guy who enjoys lounging around, but he can be nervous around strangers and slow to trust. With time, patience, and—most importantly—snacks, he'll warm up and become incredibly affectionate. Once you’re in his circle, he’s all cuddles and love. He's currently working on his leash and potty training and will need continued guidance in those areas. Due to his sensitive nature, an adult-only home would be the best fit for him. If you're looking for a sweet, food-loving companion who wants to be your one and only, Marvel is ready to win your heart. Adoption fee is: $550 ALL adoptions require a completed application, vet check, home check and final contract. The application to adopt can be found at www.camorescue.com. Adoption fees are variable. Up to date vaccines, microchip, spay/neuter are included in the fee. Once your application has been approved, we will put you in touch with a CAMO representative to set up a meet and greet. We select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dog's needs. For the safety of our small breed dogs and based on our past experiences, we will not place our dogs in homes with large breed dogs. EIN # 46-5486022
