My story

Bastet and her housemate Kathmandu sadly lost their home because their Dad moved into a nursing home. Bastet is an easygoing, quiet kitty who is the perfect mix of affectionate and independent. Bastet is a lapcat when she's in the mood. The best way to tell if she's in the mood for love and affection is to extend your finger for her to sniff. If she rubs against it or boops it with her nose, then she's all in for a love session - if she gives a little nip or swat, then she wants to be left alone. :-) Although Bastet and Kathmandu are friends, they are not especially bonded and do not need to be adopted together. Bastet loves to be spoiled with food and this is a good way to bond with her. Bastet used to be an indoor/outdoor cat when she was younger and she enjoyed that lifestyle and was used to going potty outside. All animals are up-to-date on vaccinations (including rabies if over 4 months old), microchipped, and spayed or neutered. All dogs have been been vaccinated with DHPP and Bordatella (kennel cough) and heartworm tested negative (if over 6 months).    All cats have been vaccinated with FVRCP and current on flea control.
