My story

CHANCE is a short-haired, silver-colored tabby male with a large amount of white fur. He is a playful and frisky young adult, loves head butts, and will paw at you when you stop petting him – but he will also let you know when he’s had enough attention and will go off to play on his own or climb into his bed. His favorite toy is a stuffed mouse. Although he may be a bit shy initially, it will not take long until he is out and about, looking for affection and playtime. He has a strong, manly purr and is quite extroverted once he is comfortable. Chance has been given a second chance at a loving home. He was abandoned with many other cats after his owners passed away. After a rough start, he is in perfect health and is looking for a forever family. Please consider making him part of yours! Chance has been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and tested negative for FeLV and FIV. His adoption fee includes a free wellness visit with our vet partners. To meet Chance in foster care, submit an adoption application for consideration at CatRescues.org/Adopt or complete a paper copy available at PetSmart. A volunteer will contact you within 3-5 business days for a possible meet and greet. The $100 adoption fee allows us to continue to provide care and find loving homes for abandoned and neglected cats in our Eugene/Springfield community. For more information, send an email to Adoptinfo@CatRescues.org or call 541-225-4955 option 1. ID 2501-C0013 CHANCE DOB 3/1/21 (est) LOVES OTHER CATS - WOULD ENJOY A HOME WITH ANOTHER FRIENDLY YOUNG KITTY BUDDY, BUT OK AS AN ONLY CAT WITH LOTS OF ATTENTION GOOD WITH FRIENDLY, MELLOW DOGS BEST WITH QUIET OLDER KIDS OR ADULTSMay 8, 2025, 10:31 pm

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Chance, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
