My story

CUTIE is a unique short-haired light orange tabby young female, who lives up to her name!  She is playful, loving, and adorable.  She favors her stuffed mouse and will often fling it around and play catch with herself.   She also likes her tunnel and wand toys.  She loves playing hard to get--coming up to you for pets, but as soon as you reach for her, she runs off.  She does take a little while to warm up, but given time, she acclimates well.  She is very curious about the outdoors and will need to be in a home where everyone is mindful of windows and doors, so she isn’t able to dash out.  She does have an old injury to her left hind limb which left her gait a little wonky, but that doesn’t stop her or slow her down.  She climbs and runs just fine.  Cutie came to our rescue with a group of cats after her owner passed away, and while she would be OK on her own, she would be happy to be adopted with a buddy as well! Cutie has been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, is negative for FeLV and FIV, and includes a free wellness visit with our vet partners.  To meet Cutie in foster care, submit an adoption application for consideration at CatRescues.org/Adopt or a paper copy available at PetSmart. A volunteer will contact you within 3-5 business days for a possible meet and greet. The $155 (280 for a pair) adoption fee allows us to continue to provide care and find loving homes for abandoned and neglected cats in our Eugene/Springfield community. For more information, send an email to AdoptInfo@CatRescues.org or call 541-225-4955 option 1.  ID  2501-C0012 CUTIE DOB  1/25/2023 (est) LOVES OTHER CATS - SEE TEXT UNKNOWN WITH DOGS GOOD WITH GENTLE, CAT-SAAVY KIDSMay 8, 2025, 10:31 pm

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Cutie, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
