My story

Yes, I am a lady, an elder dog who hopes for a home for me to relax and to show my humans love and devotion. I’m curious, though, and on leisurely walks I might want to meet and greet, and to smell (and “tell”—uhm, pee, when I smell something interesting) other dogs and greet other humans. Lower energy dogs are best for me if you have one, but on a walk I might stand back a bit when meeting some young wiggler who wants to play. I know all the tricks (sit, stay, and so on) and—have I said?—I love people, which means I love cuddles and scratches, especially from YOU! I’m the lady in Lady, and I’m your lady. A team member says, "Lady is sweet and relaxed and always enjoys seeing her human friends. She'd be a perfect calm companion, and she deserves to spend her golden years relaxing in a loving home."
