Meet Poof – A Gentle Soul in Need of a Quiet Home Poof is an 8-year-old domestic shorthair calico with a heart as soft as her fur. Through no fault of her own, she has found herself without a home, and this big change has left her feeling a little shut down at the shelter. Poof prefers to be the only pet in the home—she doesn't get along with other cats and would also do best in a home without dogs or young children. What Poof truly needs is a peaceful environment where she can feel safe and loved. She would be an ideal match for our Seniors for Seniors program, offering companionship to someone who can give her the calm, steady life she deserves.
