My story

This gentle soul is Cornelius, a male Labrador mix with striking white "socks" on all four of his adorable paws. He’s already microchipped, fully potty pad trained, and scheduled for his neuter surgery on May 7—after that, he’ll be ready for adoption and his forever home! Cornelius is a sweet, calm, sleepy little guy who’s happiest cuddled up or gently playing with his foster siblings—yes, even the kittens and cats! He’s incredibly gentle and would thrive in a home with young children, a doting human, or even as an only dog with lots of attention and love. Though he’s mostly mellow, he’ll surprise you with adorable spurts of playfulness—then it’s back to napping like the little cuddlebug he is.
