My story
Filomena is at our shelter. Please submit an application from our website or just come in to meet her during open hours! Filomena is a local girl from Chicago Animal Care and Control. She is an amazing mash up of dog DNA, with the long body of a Bassett, the coloring of a beagle, and the bowling ball head and stocky body of a bulldog! She is a happy and silly girl who is always smiling. She loves going for walks, and for being as...sturdy, shall we say...as she is- she walks really well on leash! Filomena has been enjoying hanging out with her dog pals as you can see in her pictures, and is just as happy to cuddle on the couch with one of our volunteers. What a fun, silly, and sweet girl she is! We hope you will come and meet her! Filomena’s adoption fee is $250. This animal is spayed, up to date on core vaccines, and Heartworm negative.
