My story

✅Currently located in South Korea✅️ 💟Available to fly to SEA💟 Meet Yoonrang💞 💙 Yoonrang's News Account: @yunrang.report 1⃣ Health Condition * Spayed. * Others: Microchipped, heartworm negative, and disc surgery completed. * Caution and monitoring is required to prevent her from moving excessively or playing too much due to her disc injury. 2⃣ Rescue Story * Yoonrang was staying at the Gimje City Shelter alongside #AdogsDotter. They were surviving each day, living in floating wire cages where their feet would slip through. Adogs rescued them. 3⃣ Basic Information * With People: Doesn’t have a lot of experience meeting new people on walks, but doesn’t show particular interest in them and passes by. Normally loves people and has a lot of affection, but is clear with her likes and dislikes so she shows resistance when people do something she dislikes. Tolerates such thing very well once confidence builds. Pleasw wait until she takes time and opens up. Sometimes, jumps when she wants attention, so care is needed to prevent her from doing so. * With Dogs: Her excitement levels go up when seeing new dogs but clams down quickly if you help her focus. Prefers playing alone with toys rather than getting together even with familiar doggy friends. * Separation Anxiety: Looks for her favorite person when s/he is not in sight, but calms down after a while. Hasn’t shown symptoms of separation anxiety when left alone at home. * Potty Training: Very rarely makes mistakes when getting excited but usually does well with using the pee pad with good accuracy. Prefers outdoor potty over indoor pads. * Hygiene: Doesn’t like being brushed but gets through it well. Tolerates getting her ears cleaned, nails trimmed, and fur untangled. Does well with shots at the vet clinic. * Walks: Walks well on a leash but tends to pull when she encounters other dogs. * Car Sickness: Hasn’t shown any noticeable signs of motion sickness so far. * Biting: Has adjusted well at her foster home and significantly improved her defensive nipping. Rarely bites now. * Barking: Barks at outside noises or unfamiliar dogs and occasionally barks when she wants something. Is possessive over her things so she growls in defence if you touch or go near her dog chews. * Likes: Loves meat-based snacks like jerky or chicken breast. Loves fetching toys and bringing them to people, but this activity should be avoided to prevent strain on the back. It would be great to encourage other types of play to keep her mentally engaged without physical burden. * Dislikes: Strongly disliked having her paws handled after walks. Is being desensitized through treats and is becoming better. * Tricks: Mastered the commands such as 'Sit', and 'Wait'. Follows commands through treats or toys.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Yoonrang, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
