My story

Hi there! I’m Scarlett, did someone say that only dogs get the zoomies? well not true, I get them too. I am playful, love tunnels and string toys, and that laser thing is so fun. I also have the cutest purr you have ever heard. I enjoy sitting in your lap or really just on you, and love those petting sessions followed by a run around the house. I would love to have a playmate as I get along with cats and dogs that like cats. I consider myself an explorer and I will make my mission to know every inch of my new home and you'll find me laying down in the most weird places. My second dog feature is that I sometimes like to follow you around and lay down next to you while you're cooking. Well mainly hoping to get some treats, but also for fun. A note from my foster mom who insisted on writing something because she has seen how much I have changed since I've been with her and because you know how moms are: Scarlett is really a trooper, she has endured a long recovery from a broken femur with the best attitude possible even after being moved from one place to the other multiple times even with her broken leg. She came to OPA right the day after her surgery. She has recovered 100% and was given the green light by her surgeon. She is now a bionic bundle of love, purrs and acrobatics and has such cute eyes that I'm sure you'll fall in love with her like I already have. May 8, 2025, 4:59 pm
