My story

Vin Diesel is a mature 6 year old boxer mix boy with a gentle, yet playful demeanor. He is a softie for pets and belly rubs. If he could, he would sit in your lap all day, soaking up any and all affection. He loves going for walks and has some excellent leash manners. He approaches everyone he meets with his wagging nub tail. He also is an excellent car rider, calmly watching out the window on his way to get a pup cup!Vin Diesel knows basic commands like “sit” and “come”. He is very treat motivated which gives potential for further learning opportunities! In doggie playgroups he has been tolerant of others. He opts to avoid conflict & keeps to himself. He could do well with a doggie sibling after a successful meet at the shelter.He has lived with kids of all ages but would need to meet any children in the home to make sure they can respect his boundaries. He is also house trained. Vin Diesel is currently living in a foster home with older children enjoying daily walks, playing tug of war, ripping up a good stuffy, and snuggling with his foster humans every chance he gets! He lives with another male dog and the coexist wonderfully together. He enjoys going to the shelter Playgroups when he’s there, every morning, where he hangs out with the other easy-going pups. Like all of our pups, he would like to meet any potential canine siblings before heading home to make sure that it’s a good match. Vin Diesel is up to date on his vaccinations, neutered and microchipped. Vin Diesel is living in a foster home. In an effort to help dogs with longer stays, those who are deteriorating in the shelter environment, or who are harder to place find homes more quickly, the adoption fee for this dog has been waived.
