Meet Tyson ACCT-A-219618! Tyson is a gentle old soul with a heart full of love. This big guy has a calm and sweet nature that instantly wins people over. Despite his size, he’s incredibly gentle—he sits nicely, takes treats ever so softly from your hand, and loves to simply be near his people. Tyson is looking for a peaceful, quiet home where he can truly relax and enjoy his golden years in comfort. He’s past the puppy stage and prefers slow strolls, cozy naps, and calm companionship over hustle and bustle. If you're looking for a mellow, loving companion who will be your loyal friend through and through, Tyson may be the perfect addition to your family. Behavior: Approach the crate and he is standing, ears to the side, mouth closed, tail down, not wagging. Easy to loop and puller towards another Dog’s crate, they went nose to nose, and I had to use at leash pressure to move him along. Tucked tail walking to the outside. Once outside, his tail was down, not wagging. He was aloof to the handler, tolerated touching on his back, head, neck, side, and front paws with no change in body language of ears to the side, averting gaze, mouth closed, tail down, not wagging. Offered treats a few few times and he refused. Coming back inside, he had a tucked tail, and saw a Volunteer walking a dog, he stopped walking and stared at the dog, needing moderate leash pressure to move him along back to his crate. He readily went into the crate, and it was easy to remove the leash.
