My story

Hi! I’m Tilly! But my buddies call me Tilly Noodle because I’m so silly! You could say I’m the life of the party!! I’m looking for my forever family and a new place to call home! I think I’m pretty fun to be around and the humans say so too! The proof is in the pudding! They think I’m a Pittie/Jack Russell mix and that I’m about 2 years old! But since I was rescued, there is no guarantee! All I know is that I’m really great regardless of what the dna says! So about me, hmmm. I am just a girl who loves to have a good time! I like to run around in the sun with my buddies, play with toys on the floor, and I especially LOVE BACK SCRATCHIES! I’m a pretty happy go lucky girly pop! And my joy is contagious! It’s all good vibes around me. I’m like sunshine on a summer day. And also, I make friends easily! Canine and feline alike, they are all cool to me! (But I’ll definitely be cautiously careful with kitty my friends!) Idk about you, but I just loveeee people! I’ve heard stories about puppies going with their humans to restaurants and I think that would be so fun! Do you think you could take me to cool places with you? And hmm, when I stay at home, a backyard sounds great because my dream is a place to spend my days running with the breeze flowing behind my ears! But if you’re a very active human and can take me out daily, I will be fine in an apartment! I like toys a lot! They’re pretty fun! But I really want a friend that can match my energy to hang out with! Unless my human is always ready to play, it’s probably best that I have a buddy to romp around with! I know I said I like to have fun, but a girl knows when it’s time to wind down! I’m more than happy to spend times mellowing out with my family! Do you know any good movies we can watch together? Our pups travel in comfort with 24/7 care on our USDA licensed vehicles, including buses and cargo vans. The adoption fee is $1000 and includes all vetting (DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, a 12 month heartworm preventative injectible, heartworm test and treatment if needed, a microchip with free lifetime registration, a high quality nylon Martingale collar, a health certificate deeming the pup healthy for travel, cost of transport*, and priceless years of love and loyal companionship! Our rescue has a 2 acre property in Texas where we assess every animal with trainers on staff, we modify behavior as needed, and create individualized behavior plans to help prepare dogs for their future families including crate training, potty training, leash walking, etc. Our fosters are able to attend group trainings and socialization play groups to keep dogs adoption-ready. Our on-site trainers support the positive growth of our dogs and we enjoy seeing their progress! Our commitment to comprehensive medical care sets us apart. Our adoption fees reflect the extensive care and resources that go into each animal we save. The adoption fee is a donation to the mission and goes far beyond getting a fully vetted pet. The rescue’s hard costs alone for a healthy dog to go through our program typically range between $412 to $859, which includes boarding, food, medications, vaccines, and spay/neuter. For heartworm-positive dogs, hard costs are upwards of $1,120. Additionally, dogs requiring extended boarding, extra training, or extra medical care—such as dental work, vision care, or orthopedic care—can lead to expenses running into the thousands. Also, included in the fee are costs to cover transport up to the Pacific Northwest or East Coast. While adoption fees help cover part of these expenses, we want to emphasize that Three Little Pitties Rescue is not government funded. It doesn’t stop there!
