My story

Two brothers were found on a riverbank in a very isolated rural area of Middle Tennessee.  This handsome Blue Heeler mix boy is called Bluey and he was more than lucky, he was blessed to have the family take him home and search for a rescue to help find him a home.  This little guy is so very handsome and smart and like the Heeler breed, he knows what he wants in life.  A forever home!!!!!    This boy is about 14 weeks old and weighs 18 pounds as of April 25th.  He is ready to spread his wings and  start a new life that will never leave him abandoned or wondering where his next meal will come from. He is having a grand time with the young children in the foster home and he is learning all the good manners in crate training and when to go outside for the all important potty breaks.  Bluey will be a truly easy boy to train and a puppy that you need to stay in touch with and be smarter than him.    Heelers are a truly devoted breed of dog and they are observant and learn quickly.   They are active but not hyper.  They know the full spectrum of energy.  He loves to be around the family who is caring for him and he is not shy nor timid when meeting new situations or people.   Our projection is that he will be a 40-45 pound handsome, adult boy.  If you love the Heeler breed and know about the wonders of these dogs then hurry and inquire with Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrtennessee@gmail.com   PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.comMay 7, 2025, 1:14 am

If you have any questions or would like to adopt PUPPY BLUEY, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
