Meet Otis!Otis is a delightfully chubby dog with a big heart and an even bigger appetite. With his round belly and wagging tail, he waddles through life one snack at a time. Otis may not know a whole lot of tricks, but he's mastered the one that counts-sit (especially when there's a treat involved).
