My story

Meet Moe, a 1-year-old Miniature Australian Shepherd with a heart full of energy and curiosity. Moe came to us after being surrendered by a family in Southern Illinois where he didn’t quite get along with the resident chickens. While farm life wasn’t the right fit for him, Moe is ready to thrive in a home where he can be the center of attention and enjoy plenty of playtime, mental stimulation, and companionship. True to his breed, Moe is smart, active, and eager to bond with people who understand his need for structure and exercise. He’ll do best in a home without small livestock and with someone who can match his energy and give him the consistent guidance he craves. Almost all of our adoptions are carried out at our Morton Grove facility.OPTION TWO: COME INTO THE ADOPTION CENTER AND MEET THEM ALL! The adoption center is located at 5915 W Lincoln Ave in Morton Grove, IL 60053. It is open Thursday & Friday, 4 pm-8 pm and Saturday & Sunday, 11 am-5 pm.
