My story

*I`ll be visiting the Adoption Center starting May 15th! First come, first served adoptions.*Meet Gordo! This goofy, loveable pup is packed with personality and ready to find his forever home! Gordo is a mid-to-high energy dog who thrives on attention, playtime, and—most importantly—cuddles! He’s a total snuggle bug who adores being picked up and lounging on the couch after a fun play session.Gordo is curious, enthusiastic, and always ready to explore—but keep an eye on those doors and windows! He’s a bit of a flight risk and would do best in a secure home with people who understand his adventurous spirit.He loves walks, belly rubs, and chewing on bones, and if you give him a bit of playtime, he’ll gladly reward you by being your loyal couch buddy. Gordo is doing great with crate training, but he’ll definitely tell you how he feels about being in there. He’d prefer a home where he doesn’t need to be crated for long periods.Gordo doesn’t love going outside alone, especially in the rain, and may try to rush back indoors mid-potty—so a little patience (and maybe an umbrella!) goes a long way.He`s great with cats and LOVES people, though he hasn`t been fully tested with other dogs or children yet. He’s working on basic commands (like “sit”) and doing well, though he’s still a bit inconsistent—he’s got that silly, independent streak!If you`re looking for a sweet, snuggly pup with a playful side and a big heart, Gordo could be your perfect match!
