My story

Starry is a 3-year-old large mixed-breed dog with a gentle spirit and a playful heart. She loves getting outside — walks, runs, or just sniffing around the yard are some of her favorite things. At the dog park, she’s playful and social, enjoying the chance to run and interact with other dogs in an open space. But at home, Starry prefers to be the only dog. She can become anxious sharing her living space with other pets, so she’s looking for a home where she can have her people all to herself. Starry has a joyful, curious energy and loves to be part of your daily rhythm. She’s sweet, affectionate, and forms strong bonds with the people she trusts. Whether you’re heading out for an adventure or winding down on the couch, she’ll be right there beside you — happy just to be close. She’d do best in a calm, consistent home with someone who understands her need for both companionship and a little space of her own. Starry is a bright, loyal dog who just wants to love and be loved.
