My story

AS OF MAY 5, 2025 – Flint and Ember are located around Wayland, MA (16-19 lbs each) Blaze is located in Ellington, CT (17 lbs) Forest is adopted If applying to adopt, you must be willing to drive to the location or around the location of the foster to be able to meet them/pick them up. Here’s what the new fosters for these 3 had to say: Blaze – SUPER playful, energetic and loving. Loves his 2 other dogs. Loves to cuddle. Obsessed with the bed. Learning to walk on a leash/harness. Learning crate training fast! Ember/Flint – Very similar to Blaze – LOVE playing, love everyone they meet. Both walk great on harness/leash. Love to go on adventures. Learning house training fast. Here’s their general information Ember, Blaze, Forest and Flint are 4 full of spunk and fire litter. They are some of the sweetest, cuddliest, funniest puppies, who are truly full of spunk and entertainment. These 4 pups were found alone, with no mom, dad or owners in sight. They were almost skin and bones when a good Samaritan found them, and got them to safety. These sweet babies have spent the last few weeks in a home, getting lots of love, food and care. We believe they were born around mid February. As of 4/7, they weighed in around 5-6 lbs each. These babies are just learning what the world around them is. They’re very curious and they love to get into everything and learn what things are and how to do things. They’re not scared to try anything. They are exploring all they can! They love to be held and loved on. They’ll fall asleep in your arms if you cradle them and rock them to sleep. They’re only small babies so house training really isn’t in the works right now, but they are very smart pups. They won’t have any issues learning once they’re adopted and have more one on one works with their new families. We do not know what breed they are but if we had to guess – we estimate they’ll be around 45-50 lbs once full grown. They definitely look to have some Australian cattle dog x in them. They are your typical happy, fun-loving puppies that love life and are VERY outgoing, friendly and love everyone they meet. They love other dogs and don’t even mind cats (the cats are bigger than them currently!) Blaze, Ember, Flint and Forest would be wonderful with children. Please make sure to supervise all children as the puppies are quite small and fragile. These puppies are current on vaccinations, current on flea/tick and heart worm prevention, current on dewormer (yuck, lots of those!), and will be microchipped prior to adoption. To apply to adopt 1 of these babies you can fill out an application on our website at www.pawsitive-impact-animal-rescue.org

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Blaze, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
