My story

All of our cats are current on vaccines, combo tested (FIV/FELV) , spayed/neutered, microchipped, given rabies vaccine as age appropriate, flea treatment and dewormer as needed   Matilda (Tilly) with Cat Matchers Rescue is ready for her Forever Home! Age:  Born ~January 5, 2025 Eye Color: Green with some gold splashes Matilda's Story Matilda, affectionately called Tilly, was found at just 5 weeks old in a backyard, bravely fending off a dog with a few well-placed scratches. Unscathed and full of spirit, she was taken in by Cat Matchers and has been thriving in foster care ever since. Her rough start hasn’t dimmed her vibrant personality or loving heart. Personality Matilda is a true love bug and social butterfly! This playful kitten adores interacting with people and other cats, rarely meeting a stranger. She’s always up for a cuddle session or a ride on her foster mom’s shoulders. Tilly’s adventurous side shines through as she climbs her cat tree, lounges on cat wall shelves, or plays with her favorite toys—springs and fur mice are her top picks! When it’s time to relax, she loves curling up in a cozy bed by a warm window to watch the world go by. Ideal Home Matilda would thrive in a home with: Other cats or a willingness to adopt more than one cat, as she craves feline companionship. Attentive humans who can shower her with the attention she seeks. Safe spaces to climb and explore, like cat trees or shelves. A warm, sunny spot for her to nap and bird-watch. She’s been around adults and children as young as 7 and has done wonderfully with them, making her a great fit for families.                                                                                                             Diet: Dry Food: Purina Proplan Kitten Chicken and Rice; Wet Food: Rawz Kitten Food or Rawz Shredded (different flavors), or Nulo minced food Why Matilda?
