My story

I'm 42lbs, and I'm seeking my forever home. Adoption Donation: $450 Meet Bowser – your soon-to-be best buddy! This dashing German Shepherd/Collie mix is on the lookout for his forever family, and he’s bringing all the charm with him! Bowser came to us after his previous owner could no longer care for him, but he hasn’t let that dim his sunny spirit. Bowser is a total sweetheart—he’s great with kids and other dogs, fully house- and crate-trained, and knows the adorable commands “bed” and “night night.” Bath time? Loves it. Brushing? Bring it on. Leash walks? His favorite! He’s a star at the vet and stands like a champ for nail trims and ear cleanings. Talk about a well-rounded gentleman! If you're looking for a loyal, gentle, and all-around awesome pup to join your pack, Bowser might just be your perfect match. Could Bowser be the missing piece to your family puzzle? All dogs are microchipped, neutered, current on all vaccines, heartworm tested (if age appropriate), and up-to-date on preventatives at the time of adoption. An application is required to view our adoptable pets. All household members and any dogs from the household need to be present to be able to adopt. A photo ID will be required at the time of adoption. Appointments are recommended. All applications are considered general. Specific animals are NOT put on hold for adoption. When you visit, our adoption counselors will be able to make suggestions based on the type of pet you are looking for and help you find the best fit for your family. Animal House Shelter cannot guarantee the breeds of the adoptable animals. The animals are posted on the website as the breed or breed mix based on their physical characteristics they most resemble. We also cannot guarantee the ages of our adoptable animals or how large puppies will be when fully grown. We look forward to seeing you soon!
