My story

Hello FCCR friends! My name is Rose, and at nine years young, I'm looking for my forever home. Don't let my petite 10-pound Maltipoo frame fool you—I've got a big heart and plenty of love to give! The nice FCCR ladies call me "sweet" and "quiet,”… I pride myself on my gentle demeanor. I'm quite the lady when it comes to house manners and I'm also a dream on walks, prancing gracefully beside you without any pulling or fuss. I love to get out and stroll the neighborhood and enjoy car rides to run errands. I get along swimmingly with other dogs. Big ones, small ones—they're all potential friends in my book! Cats? Well, we haven't been properly introduced yet, so I’m not sure but maybe. Kids…well if they are kind and gentle with ladies like me, then we will probably get along just fine. Now, I should mention my one...particular talent. I'm something of an escape artist. 😂 I have an adventurous heart and an open door is just such an opportunity!! That's why I'm dreaming of a cozy condo with secure doors—somewhere I can feel safe without the temptation to embark on unauthorized adventures. 😂 My favorite place though is curled up next to someone who loves me.
