My story

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Meet Lena – A Little Lady with Big Doberman Energy! 8-Week-Old Doberman X | Female Looking for a pint-sized package of sunshine, sass, and snuggles? Say hello to Lena—the happiest, bounciest puppy in town! At just 8 weeks old, this joyful little girl is already bursting with love, energy, and a zest for life that’s positively contagious. Born in Texas to a purebred Doberman mama (dad’s identity is a bit of a mystery—he might’ve jumped the fence and the gene pool), Lena has inherited all the best Dobie looks with just a hint of mystery mixed in. And that mix might just be a blessing—potentially easing some of the health concerns that can come with purebred Dobermans while still giving you the unmistakable elegance of a classic Dobe pup. Lena is the definition of a heart-stealer. With her shiny coat, floppy ears, and constantly wagging tail, she’s ready to charm her way into your home—and your heart. She’s smart, social, and ready to learn, especially if belly rubs and treats are involved! Lena’s Starter Kit Includes: Maximum wiggle with every step A laugh a minute Puppy breath and sweet kisses galore A lifetime of love and loyalty Whether she’s bouncing around the yard, tumbling over her toys, or collapsing in your lap for a nap, Lena is everything you could want in a best friend—sweet, silly, and so ready to be yours. Apply now through United Doberman Rescue and let Lena bring a little Texas sunshine into your life! Trust us: one look and you’ll be smitten.Click here to watch a video of Lena.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.All potential adopters must fill out  the adoption application. We do not adopt on a first come first serve basis but what is the best fit for our dogs.  We do give preference to homes with fenced yards. Puppies must live in homes with fenced yards. Those with no fencing must have a plan in place for daily activity and bathroom breaks for adult dogs. With the exception of Meet and Greets, y ou will not be able to meet our adoptable animals until the adoption application is submitted online and the home visit is completed. We will not place adult rescue dogs in homes with young children under 6 years old, with the exception of puppies 6 months and under, we will adopt to families with children under 6 years old, but a fenced yard is mandatory. Our dogs must live indoors with their humans and never left outdoors alone or in a kennel or yard unattended. You must be willing to use a crate and sign up for formal obedience classes. You must be 21 and own your home. We will not adopt outside of the USA. We will not ship our dogs.
