My story

Location: Rockford, MN Hi there! My name is Boston Cream, but I go by Boston. I am a young corgi mix who didn't have the best start in my short life. When I first came to my foster family, I was absolutely terrified and hid in my crate. Now I have been with them a few months, so I am figuring out they are not so bad. They give me treats, food and water consistently, toys and want to love on me, but I am still pretty shy about the last part! You gotta work for my love! The best part of this new place I have been calling home is the dogs. I LOVE the other dogs, all 3 of them! I could play chase with them in the yard all day long. Speaking of the yard, it is fenced in. Ideally my future home will also have a fence or someone who knows it is going to take some work to get me comfortable on a leash. My future home also needs to have another playful pup or two because they bring out the best in me! I have learned some skills being in this new home. I am potty trained and crate trained. I am not destructive so foster mom doesn't even shut my crate door, but I usually choose to sleep in there anyways! My other biggest love are toys! I love squeaky toys, plush toys, bones, anything! I have a cute little hop when I go to get one of my fun items that foster mom says is adorable! I am looking for an experienced adopter who knows I am going to be nervous at first and who knows I may not want to be around them for a while, but if you adopt me I promise to make you laugh with my playing antics and show you that I am learning how to dog and it's really fun! If you're interested in me, please apply and my foster mom will tell you even more about me! I would love to find my FURever! -Boston ----------------------------------- The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org). Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, all age-appropriate vaccinations (distemper, rabies, and bordetella), heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, heartworm test (dogs), FIV/FeLV test (cats), dewormed, and microchip implant (including registration). Rescue Network is strictly foster based which means all adoptable animals are in a home and there cannot be a meet until an application is submitted and approved. We have no way of knowing the breeds in the animals. All breeds listed are best guess.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Boston Cream, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
