Meet Bumper, the 65-pound ball-fetchin’ legend you never knew you needed! This 4-year-old black Lab is basically a professional retriever—ball is absolutely life, and he’s got the skills to prove it. Sit? Got it. Drop it? You bet. Return the ball all the way back like a good boy? Every. Single. Time. Bumper is a smart cookie with a heart of gold, just looking for a human to toss a toy and give him the love he’s been missing.He’s friendly with other dogs (even if he’s not always in the mood to party with the super enthusiastic ones), and while he can be a bit nervous at first, Bumper is a great communicator—he’ll let you know when he’s feeling unsure. With just a little time and patience to warm up, this guy blossoms into a sweet and loyal companion. The shelter life isn’t really his vibe; he’d much rather be outside exploring, sniffing the breeze, and showing off his fetching finesse. Bumper hasn’t had much stability in his life lately, but he’s ready to trade in the chaos for a couch, a yard, and a lifetime supply of squeaky balls. They come spayed/neutered, microchipped, first set of vaccines including DAPP (parvo combo), Bordatella (kennel cough), have been dewormed with Pyrantel, and have been treated with selamectin for fleas. This is especially important if you are viewing this animal on any site other than Animal Services` website.
