My story

All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, shots current (DHPP, Bordetella and Rabies where applicable), dewormed, flea and tick treated, and microchipped.  * If you are interested in a dog, please first read the biography on the dog (keep scrolling down for the bio!) and then go to our website, www.dpsrescue.com for an application. Our adoption fees vary. Each biography will specifically list the adoption fee.Thor is a 3 year old Maine Coon. He is everything we love about the breed. Affectionate, social, even tempered, intelligent and oh so handsome! He loves to be with his people and have long chats about his day. He is the type of kitty that will settle into his new home super quickly. He loves being with you whatever room you are in, he seeks out his humans for affection. He is also very confident and would be fine as a friend in a home with another kitty or cat savvy dog. He also would be great in a home with kids. He is very mild mannered and just wants to be loved and doted on. He has a very beautiful coat and will need to be brushed regularly to keep it in top form. If you are looking for an easy going, friendly cat who has a charming personality, look no further. Thor would love to find his forever person or family as he has so much love to give!
