My story

Lemon and Lime are looking for a barn home together! Lemon is a 2-year-old male and Lime is a 4-year-old adult male. Lemon and Lime have been paired based on their socialization status and have not been housed together at Kitsap Humane. Proper introductions will still need to be facilitated between them. If you are interested in adopting Lemon and Lime to be working cats on your property, stop by the shelter any day during adoption hours to join the queue. If you have not submitted a barn cat application previously, you will need to fill one out when you arrive. All adoptions are first come, first serve.*Barn cats require a secure indoor enclosure where they can be kept confined. After they are able to have outdoor access, they should continue to have access to this safe indoor space for protection from weather and predators. The indoor space could be a shed, garage, workshop, barn, etc. but should have four walls and a roof and be able to be entered by the caretakers in order to feed the cat and clean the litter box. Barn cat caretakers should expect to provide access to a litter box even after the cat is able to go outdoors, will need to feed the cat and provide fresh water daily, and will need to provide routine vaccines and medical care if the cat becomes sick or injured.* Primary Color: Black Secondary Color: White Weight: 10.74 Age: 4yrs 0mths 4wks

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Barn Cat- Lemon, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
