My story

Charm, class, poise: Mishka’s got all that, and more! Don’t let her silver face fool you–Miskha is a spry and curious middle-aged gal at around five years of age. This volunteer-favorite is as well-mannered a dog as you could ask for: she’s potty-trained, affectionate, calm in the house, and knows better than to chew on your shoes, even when she’s left home unattended! Not only do several of our volunteers special request walks and outings with this sweetie, but some of our volunteers even bring her to their own homes for hangout sessions to enjoy her bright, curious personality and cuddles. Mishka has been described as, “Very sweet with people,” “a real sweetheart,” and “a very happy girl.” She has a good history with cat roommates and may potentially be a fit with a calm or older dog.
