My story

Hi there, I’m Honey! I’m a sweet, sensitive girl in search of a loving forever home where I can finally feel safe, understood, and cherished. My early days weren’t easy—I came from a home with 53 other dogs, so I never really had the chance to experience what it’s like to be someone’s one-and-only. Because of that, new situations and high-energy environments can be a little overwhelming for me. But give me a little time and patience, and I’ll show you just how affectionate and loyal I can be. I’m pee-pad trained and working hard on my outdoor potty training. I get along with other dogs, especially if they respect my space and let me warm up at my own pace. What I really need is a calm, understanding home with someone who’s willing to go slow and let me blossom. Once I feel safe with you, though? Watch out—I’m a cuddle queen! I’ll leap straight into your arms for snuggles and love nothing more than being close to my favorite humans. If you have a gentle heart and a cozy spot for a little dog with a lot of love to give, I just might be your perfect match.
