My story

Don’t let his age fool you—13-year-old Bentley may be a senior, but he still has plenty of pep in his step! This 6-pound dynamo is full of spirit and loves to stay active. He’s the perfect mix of mature charm and playful energy. Bentley can be a little cautious when meeting new people, but give him a little time and patience, and you’ll see his sweet, loving side shine through. Once he trusts you, he’s all in—loyal, cuddly, and completely endearing! This pet is eligible for an Adoption Audition! What is an Adoption Audition? It’s a 5-day, no-strings-attached, trial adoption period. You can take this pet home to try it out! Interested? Come to the shelter any time during open hours and talk to one of our Customer Care staff! If you`d like to meet our available animals, please check the `shelter information` box on the listing to see if the pet is located at our Fairfax Campus (4500 West Ox Road, Fairfax) or our Lorton Campus (8875 Lorton Road, Lorton). Then, come in during our open hours!
