My story

Hi, I’m Nova 🌙🐾 I’m a shy girl looking for a calm, loving home where I can feel safe and finally exhale. I was found near the shelter, and the kind folks here have been taking care of me while I wait for my forever family. I may be a bit reserved at first, but once I feel comfortable, I’ll show you all the love I have to give. I’m not a fan of loud noises or a lot of commotion, so a quiet environment would be ideal. I’m more of a “watch and wait” pup, but once I trust you, I’ll be all about cuddles. I’m sweet, gentle, and once I feel at home, my playful, goofy side starts to shine through. I’m smart and eager to learn. With some basic training and encouragement, I know I’ll be a fantastic companion. I’m still working on my leash manners, and sometimes sudden sounds make me jump, but I’m doing my best. I’d do well in a home with another calm dog who can help boost my confidence. A gentle friend makes me feel safe and helps me come out of my shell. If you have a quiet home and a patient heart, we might just be a perfect match. I don’t need much—just love, patience, and someone who believes in me. The Center for Animal Health and Welfare, PA Kennel License #02941, 1165 Island Park Rd, Easton, PA 18042

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Nova, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
